TIM LAWSON is honest and you can always depend on him

Tim did exactly what he said he'd do and get me water. my well blew due a plumber who thought he could bypass something.. long story short tim took great care of me. I'd recommend him to everyone thar needs their well done. thanks Tim.

Tim is AMAZING!! He has the experience and expertise to fix any plumbing problem. I had a recurring issue over several years and no plumber had been able to properly fix it. Tim came over, assessed the problem and came up with the proper solution to fix it once and for all. I’ll never use any other plumber! Tim is the real deal, I highly recommend BASS!!

These guys are awesome. We had an issue with our well pump and honestly had no idea what was going on. Bass showed up quickly, figured it out fast, and got everything working again without any hassle. Super professional, but also just really friendly and easy to talk to. They explained what they were doing every step of the way, didn’t try to push anything we didn’t need, and the pricing was totally fair. It’s rare to find a company that’s this dependable and honest. We’ll definitely be calling them again if we ever need help with plumbing or well stuff.

Tim Lawson is the guy you hope you never have to call, but when you need him you’re sure glad you called HIM and nobody else. i can’t recommend him enough. He is a great guy who really enjoys what he does and clearly knows what he’s talking about. he eats sleeps and breathes anything to do with well and septic systems. I called him on a friday afternoon and he was out at the house looking saturday morning. he goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and really tries to make sure you understand what’s going on with your well. very honest and fair man. i’ll be telling everyone on a well to keep tims number handy because as soon as you have issues don’t hesitate to call him where you know you’re not gonna get upsold on a bunch of stuff you don’t need, and he’s not some big corp trying to make as much money as possible. an honest man making an honest living. i’m so glad i went with BASS to fix my well

Very grateful for the job they did!! Came out on Tuesday late afternoon and by noon on Wednesday problem was fixed! I would rate them 100 out of 10. Very customer oriented and put pride in their work!
